The Butchers Arms is a large village pub at the centre of the village with the interior consisting of two rooms with mock wooden flooring and modern panelling throughout. Following the placing of an ACV by the Parish Council, the freehold was bought by a group of local investors keen to see the pub remain at the heart of the village. After extensive refurbishment the pub re-opened in December 2017 as a pub/restaurant free house serving a range of changing cask ales, including beers from Great Oakley, Hook Norton, Roman Way, Phipps and Tring. There is an upstairs meeting room suitable for 10-12 people and on the ground floor an area called 'The Barn' where larger functions can be held. Modern beer garden at the rear.
