  • NORTHAMPTON BEER FESTIVAL – NORTHAMPTON Friday 29 – Saturday 30 May 2026 Becket's Park, Northampton

    Beer Festival heaven as the branch supports the Northampton County Beer Festival, which takes place at Becket’s Park over two days opening at 12:00 on the Friday. Once again, our Branch will support the running of the real ale and cider bars. Staff are required at all sessions if you can spare a few hours, so please book through our website.

  • NORTHAMPTON LAUNCH OF 2026 ALE TRAIL Friday 29 May 2026 Becket's Park, Northampton
  • SOCIAL GAMES NIGHT – NORTHAMPTON Wednesday 3 June 2026 Albion Brewery Bar, Northampton

    Our popular games night with a skittles match amongst ourselves. This regular event is on the first Wednesday of the month at the Phipps’ Albion Brewery Bar who have offered a £10 voucher to the monthly winner. If you don’t play skittles, you are still more than welcome at this monthly event and you can always play cards or dominoes instead. Meet at 18:30, starts at 19:00.

  • RURAL PUB OF THE YEAR PRESENTATION – NETHER HEYFORD – NN7 3LE Wednesday 10 June 2026 Foresters Arms, Nether Heyford

    For the second year running we are at the Foresters Arms, Nether Heyford, a delightful village pub where we present the award of Rural Pub of the Year 2026. This popular community pub is always busy, appealing to young and old, ladies and gents. Meet at 19:30 for a presentation to Mike and his daughter Fay at 20:00.

  • HERITAGE BUS TRIP “OUT OF COUNTY EXPERIENCE – CONCRETE COW” Saturday 11 July 2026 Milton Keynes area

    Our seventh “Out of County Experience” takes us to Buckinghamshire featuring GBG pubs including two breweries on a heritage bus. Our fist stop will be the Bell and Bear, Emberton, who will be holding their annual beer festival. Onto Newport Pagnell where there is a selection of pubs. We continue into Milton Keynes and to the Blackened Sun Brewery Tap. Returning we will drop into Towcester Mill Brewery for an Ale Trails tamp. There will also be one or two other stops to be confirmed. Return times are expected to be Northampton by 19:00. There will be no food arranged. Please book, joining instructions sent on Wednesday 8th.

  • BRANCH MEETING – RUSHDEN – NN10 0AW Monday 13 July 2026 Rushden Historical Transport Society, Rushden

    Always a favourite, our annual meeting here is aboard the railway coach in the platform at the Rushden Historical Transport Society where six beers including a dark and ciders are always available. Bring your Ale trail card too for a stamp! Meeting starts at 19:30 and with the new format, we hope to have a game of skittles afterwards in the railway carriage.
