The pub has re-opened to the public on 3rd August 2019. The re-opening is to be in 2 phases and as yet Phase 1 is completed allowing access to a Sports Bar to the rear of the building. It is hoped for the whole of the pub to be open towards the end of 2019/start of 2020 The pub also has a bus stop outside towards Daventry direction. A large double front on this old sandstone coaching inn hides a small quiet village pub that hasn't changed much over the years.
