Swan6 Church Lane
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Village gem, unaltered apart from a small conservatory added to the front of the bar to overlook the lovely garden. Consisting of four small rooms, one is now an intimate eating area, one to the rear is a small games room, whilst the other two rooms are now one, but still retain that cosy warm atmosphere. Sunday afternoon is especially warm and friendly, with many of the locals entering into song with their musical instruments. The Abbott is fetched from the cellar behind the bar. Closing hours may be extended at the landlords discretion. A quiet pub, only disturbed by the sound of the radio.
