Friendly and welcoming Charles Wells owned pub facing the village green. A one room pub with a L-shaped bar popular with drinkers in the village and surrounding area. A large covered outdoor patio area and a separate smoking shelter is to the rear. Pewter beer tankards hang from the wooden ceiling beams. Two cask ales on, as well as two keg from Brewpoint. No longer serving food, though does have occasional pop-ups. Also hosts an open mic night and other events.
